All pages - added the "last updated" link and date to every page and performed general reformatting.
"About Us" - Removed references to mailing list. Previously, we said we didn't keep a
mailing list. I then changed this to mention our "Witnesses List", which is really not a mailing list per se. So, I
have reverted this change.
"Reviews" - Added the reviews page, as well as the reviews of Stephen Hill's
"White Cane Religion", and Rick Joyner's "The Final Quest".
"Articles" - Added two new articles: A Vision of
Temporal Divine Justice, and Tongues.
